My Mom Alway Reminded Us: When she was still with us.
As she would recall the story of when Dood's daughter Heidi was born.
She always had that special twinkle in her eyes as she repeated what
she had seen that morning. June 15 1980 @ 6:20 am. Heidi Elizabeth had
arrived. Back then Father's had to wear masks.
When Heidi arrived that morning,Mom
said,"Dood came flying out the doors, ripping at his mask, through joy,
sweat and tears. To stutter out the words,"We have a Lil Girl!!" My Mom
said she never seen anything like it. Trust me--My Mom had witnessed
alot of births!!! When I recall her saying that; it gives me a feeling of joy and
happiness!! Not only of my Mom but of Dood also.
The thing that makes it all the more special is that; We All Got To Share
The Joy and Excitement on that Special Day!!!
